Collection

Shredding

Pulping
Shredded paper is mixed with water and chemicals to create a pulp , The pulp is strained through screens to remove plastic, staples, glue, and other debris
De-inking
The pulp is de-inked to remove ink from the paper fibers, This process uses flotation or chemical methods
Bleaching
The pulp is bleached to create a colorless base material, Bleaching is usually done with oxygen, chlorine dioxide, or hydrogen peroxide
Forming
The pulp is mixed with water and sprayed onto a fast-moving mesh to form a sheet, The sheet is pressed to remove water and then rolled and heated
Uses
Recycled paper is used to make new products including cardboard, newsprints, office paper, labels, bags, and gift cards
